Description

Our pickled mouli product is radish cubes, pickled in sweet, sour, and mildly salty brine, it has very refreshing flavour and provides a colourful crunchy twist. The lovely pink colour comes from hibiscus flowers being infused into the pickling liquor. It’s popular in Korea and is eaten with fried chicken, oft times nicknamed “chicken mou”

The pale pink is visually enticing. The mouli has retained a lovely crunch and the flavour is delicate and fresh.

The flavour and texture are good - there is some gentle heat from the mouli which we enjoyed and we thought the colour was great.
