Description

A vegan version of the Korean classic ; flavour packed with a crunchy texture, spicy & sour with an addictive umami hit. Our kimchi is made using a traditional Korean recipe, method and ingredients. Kimchi is a healthy probiotic food, packed full of lactic acid bacteria, which promotes a healthy gut. A healthy gut bolsters physical and mental health. Its super convenient and ready to eat. We swap out the fish products for a 24 hour cooked kombu seaweed broth, and include a high quality soy sauce to help exemplify the wonderful umami hit in this kimchi.
