Hand made stone ground cacao bar. Made from organic, unrefined and nutritious ingredients. Sweetened with Palmyra Blossom Nectar. Flavour is inspired by plants found along the British Coast - raspberry, rosehip, sea buckthorn and with a little sea salt. Achieved Bronze in 2021 Nourish Awards.

About Meraki Cacao

I'm an ecologist by training and fell into my business by accident! I was taking a break from work and participated in a clean eating challenge. I tried lots of 'healthy chocolate' and didn't like any of them, so tried to make my own. My aim was to create a healthier chocolate where every ingredient was organic and good for you. I found a raw chocolate course, practiced and researched ingredients. The flavours were inspired by travel I had or would like to have. I gave them to friends and they encouraged me to sell them, so here they are!
