Hand made, stone ground raw cacao bar. Made with organic, unrefined and nutritious ingredients. Sweetened with Palmyra Blossom Nectar. Inspired from our trips to the Caribbean. It contains homemade hazelnut butter and is topped with roasted chopped hazelnuts, sun-dried banana and coconut chips. Free from dairy, gluten, refined sugar, soya and palm oil. 60% cacao.

I'm an ecologist by training and fell into my business by accident! I was taking a break from work and participated in a clean eating challenge. I tried lots of 'healthy chocolate' and didn't like any of them, so tried to make my own. My aim was to create a healthier chocolate where every ingredient was organic and good for you. I found a raw chocolate course, practiced and researched ingredients. The flavours were inspired by travel I had or would like to have. I gave them to friends and they encouraged me to sell them, so here they are!
