Ever tried Pad Krapow in Thailand? This sauce can give you that hit! A mouth-watering stir-fry sauce made with toasted chilli, garlic, basil and green peppercorns, packed full of flavour with a medium spicy kick to it. Make a dish like Pad Krapow too. We think its best made with steak or king prawns but works really well with chicken or pork too. As it’s so flavoursome you can also use it to marinade meat for grilling.
