Our paste (in many of our customers’ opinion) is the best tasting Massaman recipe. All the spices have been expertly blended and roasted so you get a delicious Thai dish. So you you don’t need a cookbook and to blend and roast your own spices to make an incredible curry. The dish is simple to make in the slow cooker or casserole with braising steak. It also pairs really well with lamb, game or chicken thighs. You can also simply cook with sweet potatoes and root vegetables.

With over 15 years experience in Thai cuisine from owning Thai and Asian restaurants and travelling and cooking all over Thailand we wanted to bring back that True Thai taste to our shores without the food miles and are proud that all our products are made in Wales. From our profits we sponsor at least 2 children a year at the children's refuge at the Thai-Myanmar border called the Bamboo School.
