A chronic foodie, mesmerised in particular by the natural world, its strength and enduring creativeness to adapt. Although l bake crackers, l also adore foraging, mushrooms mainly but other firm favourites are elderberries and nettles. l am new to fermenting, my most recent passion, where experimentation appears endless.
