Made using the finest ingredients from Scotland including beremeal flour from the Orkney Islands Highland Crackers make the perfect stand alone snack or topped with your favourite cheese, pate or dip.

All our crackers are hand made with the best quality natural ingredients and a generous hand. We only use butter or rapeseed oil. We never use artificial additives or preservatives.

A chronic foodie, mesmerised in particular by the natural world, its strength and enduring creativeness to adapt. Although l bake crackers, l also adore foraging, mushrooms mainly but other firm favourites are elderberries and nettles. l am new to fermenting, my most recent passion, where experimentation appears endless. The love of these things helps me create recipes , accompaniments and dips for my beloved seeded crackers. Enjoy.
