Our Original Seeded crackers are delicious on their own or served with cheese. Savour the ancient grains of Beremeal and Spelt, bound by Highland cold pressed rapeseed oil and butter. Highland Crackers are hand made using the finest ingredients from Scotland including beremeal flour from the Orkney Islands.

Although l bake crackers, l also adore foraging, mushrooms mainly but other firm favourites are elderberries and nettles. l am new to fermenting, my most recent passion, where experimentation appears endless.
