Our Chilli Seeded crackers have an added kick of paprika, chilli flakes and seeds, they are delicious served on their own or with sumptuous Highland Crowdie. Highland Crackers are hand made using the finest ingredients from Scotland including beremeal flour from the Orkney Islands.

Although l bake crackers, l also adore foraging, mushrooms mainly but other firm favourites are elderberries and nettles. l am new to fermenting, my most recent passion, where experimentation appears endless. The love of these things helps me create recipes , accompaniments and dips for my beloved seeded crackers. Enjoy.
