This is an easy to make Non-Alcoholic Drink created by Dan Whiteside using the Non-Alc. Myth White Cane Spirit
Ingredients
- 50ml of the Non-Alc. Myth white cane
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 75ml pineapple juice
- 50ml cream of coconut*
Method
- Blend all the ingredients with ¼ cup of ice
- Pour into a wine glass or highball
- Fill with ice and garnish with a pineapple wheel
*For the Coconut cream
200ml coconut cream
200g caster sugar
1 pinch sea salt
Warm in a pan until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Cool and store in the fridge
