Our organic bouquet garni herbs are soil association approved and steam sterilised to maintain their freshness and flavour. The term bouquet garni means ‘garnished bouquet’, usually a garnish visually enhances a dish, but they can be used to enhance the flavour as well which is the purpose of a bouquet garni. Traditionally a bouquet garni consists of a selection of herbs tied together into a bundle or faggot, our bouquet garni blend consists of 4 herbs; thyme, marjoram, bay leaves and parsley which are finely chopped for ease so that they can be added direct to the recipe without the need of removing the herbs.
