She began experimenting at home, steeping botanicals, testing flavour pairings, and failing her way toward bitters she couldn’t find on shelves.

After countless late nights and rejected blends, one batch finally clicked. That kitchen experiment became The Bitter Club, built slowly, bottle by bottle, from curiosity, craft, and a stubborn refusal to settle for almost right.
