Here’s a little bit about each of our sambal sisters:
The Sambal: A spicy Malaysian chilli sauce packed full of heat and layered with flavour. Sambal can be found all over Malaysia and every home and restaurant will have their own version. Ours has a depth of flavour that means it’s great on it’s own but can also be used for wide variety of recipes – including spag bol! HOT
Sambal Belacan: A very hot chilli sauce with deep umami notes from fermented shrimp paste. VERY HOT
Sambal Anchovy: This chilli sauce is made with anchovies and belacan(fermented shrimp paste) for a rich and addictive umami flavour. MILD
