RO's was Inspired by the recipes of my ancestors and driven by the lack of West African sauces in London and the UK. I currently make two easy cooking stir-in West-African sauces at our industrial kitchen in Covent Garden, London. They are both free from dairy, gluten and suitable for vegetarians.
