An aromatic blend of red peppers, tomatoes and shallots. A modern take on the traditional West African base for stews or pottage. A savoury sauce with a subtle sweet taste and mild or hot kick from scotch bonnet.
Ready to eat as a Dip or Stir in. Great warmed gently with cooked meats, pulses or grains. Goes well with fish and vegetable dishes.
