Our olive trees grow on coastal hills of red earth, heated by the sun and reached by sea breezes. The oils from Macchiabuia transmit the extraordinary qualities of the unique terroir of the Maremma and its close link with nature.

In our olive groves, we cultivate varieties such as the Frantoio, the Moraiolo the Leccino, Pendolino and Leccio del Corno. The harvest is done strictly by hand so that we can select the fruits of our plants one by one and keep their integrity and freshness intact.

The passion for what we do is reflected in our oils, an extra virgin olive oil with an authentic flavour, of great character, which best expresses the terroir in which it is produced and the traditions of our family.

The Grand Cru Olive Oil gives character to the simplest ingredients.
