Beef & Chilli Dilli Beets Sauerkraut Burgers by Savvy Ferments

A delicious Burger recipe idea with a superfood ingredient – the Chilli Dilli Beets / Sauerkraut from Savvy Ferments!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chili dilli and beetroot sauerkraut by Savvy Ferments  – Great Taste Award 2024 ⭐
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, red onion, salt, and pepper. Form into burger patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the patties until cooked to your liking.
  3. Toast the buns, then assemble the burgers with a generous portion of chili dill and beetroot sauerkraut on top of the beef patty.
  4. Add lettuce, tomato, or any other toppings you like. Serve with fries or a side salad.
