A delicious Burger recipe idea with a superfood ingredient – the Chilli Dilli Beets / Sauerkraut from Savvy Ferments!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chili dilli and beetroot sauerkraut by Savvy Ferments – Great Taste Award 2024 ⭐
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, red onion, salt, and pepper. Form into burger patties.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties until cooked to your liking.
- Toast the buns, then assemble the burgers with a generous portion of chili dill and beetroot sauerkraut on top of the beef patty.
- Add lettuce, tomato, or any other toppings you like. Serve with fries or a side salad.
