Mahbir brings saffron from Pampore, Kashmir and he sources it directly from the farmers. His company was the first to give an international stage to the Indian Saffron from that area and they have won already their first award for it.

INGREDIENTS
- 40g oats
- 200ml oat milk
- 15g chia seeds
- 4-5 saffron stems
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together in a pot and let soak for 10min
Cook it on medium heat until it boils
Pour in a bowl
Add some toppings like:
- 150g oats (dairy or plant-based)
- 100g fruits (blueberries, raspberries, mango, passionfruit)
- 10g peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon seeds (hemp, sesame, lin)
