Why peanut butter? Pic started making his own due to SUGAR. Long before quitting sugar was fashionable, he just hated the taste in his favoured PB alongside the gloopy emulsifiers and extra oils and chemicals. He remembered how his mum and Auntie used to make it at home, fresh roasting nuts and crushing in their Vitamix. We may have replaced the Vitamix with a fancy grinder but the fresh roasting still takes place. Pic’s is internationally recognised for its signature freshness and full-flavour.
