New Day Assam is a classic morning tea; rich, malty and full-bodied enough to be drunk with milk. It's carefully hand crafted by the Kanoka Tea Estate, a small family-owned farm located in the middle of Assam, using all natural agricultural techniques. This “tippy” tea, featuring a mix of of dark wiry leaves and golden tips, brews a deep copper colour with notes of plum, fig and chocolate.
