This D.O.P. delicacy also comes from S.Maria Capua Vetere, Campania and is the pride and joy of many that come from that region. Made utilising Buffalo Milk, it's history dates back centuries and in recent times has been one of the most sought after Italian delicacies of all. This said it is still very hard to find a good producer and be able to track the quality all the way back to the Water Buffaloes and what they feed on. We believe we found such a gem of a producer 7 years ago when we started and we haven't been let down since.It is transported at +4°C by law but ideally it is supposed to be stored and consumed at room temperature at around 12-18°C and be served as fresh as possible.

Made utilising Buffalo Milk, it's history dates back centuries and in recent times has been one of the most sought after Italian delicacies of all.
