Certified organic and gluten free oats are baked with cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds and coconut, with a hint of sea salt flakes and bound together with dates and maple syrup – not to overly sweeten, just to bind the mix together.
• Shelf life is 6 weeks from baking, store in an airtight container in a cool cupboard.
• Will be delivered with at least 5 weeks shelf life - they are baked to order.
• NO NEED TO REFRIGERATE
• Can also be frozen
