Our story began when Sazzy met Fran, they started a coffee shop together (Sazzy and Fran) focused on bringing home-made vegan treats and delicious coffee to East London. Zalmon was created in 2017 for the Zalmon and cream cheese bagels, and quickly became our best selling item. Four years later it remains at the top, and with a bit of extra time when we moved to takeaway over the pandemic, we decided that now is the time to make Zalmon for you to enjoy at home.
