Sipp'd was founded at the back end of 2019 by Oli & Ash, two school friends with a passion for all things food and drink.

Having both pursued separate careers as Chartered Accountants they met up at a particularly busy time of the year and enjoyed an alcoholic ginger beer right at the end of the evening. This terrible alcoholic ginger beer kickstarted a journey of home brewing in an attempt to make something nicer, with the pair making everything from ginger beer to cider, Kombucha, liqueurs, and resulted with them mixing up exciting, all natural sodas using nothing but quality ingredients. The ethos behind Sipp'd was to produce delicious adult sodas that contain no juice from concentrate, no flavourings, no colourings or anything artificial.

Starting a business just before Covid-19 with no background in drinks manufacturing came with its own challenges and led to a Covid pivot, where the pair began producing small batch Apple Juices using locally sourced apples from farmers in Essex and Kent. Now, Sipp'd still produce a delicious range of Small Batch Apple Juices but have also offer a range of refreshing Hand Craft'd Sodas.
