Our story began in 2012 from our founder Lorenzo & his passion for olive growing. He recovered the management of the family olive grove to produce a high-quality oil: Olio Poldo.

We have four olive trees & EVOO varieties: Raggia, Leccino, Coratina and Picholine, from which the homonymous mono varietals are born.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil blend is produced from these four varieties and creates a balance of flavours that satisfies all tastes.
