Our farm in Norfolk is 500 acres, farmed regeneratively using Holistic Management principles.
We have a herd of Jersey cows for milk, yoghurt cream, butter, ice cream, fudge, ghee and cream cheese, plus we have a herd of rare breed Riggitt Galloway cattle and native breed beef followers.
Rare breed pork is also our passion, with Large Black, Oxford Sandy Black, Tamworth and Mangalitza pigs being fed any waste milk from the dairy.
