Mother Earth’s greatest gift. Derived from the two Greek Words Mana (Mother) & Yi (Earth); Manayi is a family run independent business that produces, handpicks, bottles, and exports award-winning Cypriot Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Cyprus to the UK.
While the 3 main producer players (Greece, Italy & Spain) account for the majority of the global EVOO production, the rich variety of olives and their unique characteristics among the lesser known territories around the world allow for an abundance of choice for the consumer without compromise on quality.
Cypriot produced olive oil is one of those best kept secrets that’s been cultivating it’s own outstandingly rich taste of EVOO for centuries. This species is believed to be one of the oldest cultivars, and has been argued to be the closest to the original olive flavor humankind fell in love with when we first domesticated the tree. This makes perfect sense when you think about Cyprus' location. At the intersection of the Mediterranean Sea and Levantine Basin, Cyprus was crucial to trade routes throughout antiquity.

In addition to our olive oil, we introduced our paste product range in 2023. Our delicious tasting black olive paste, (comprising of just two ingredients: olive and salt) received a gold medal recognition from the Nourish Awards We also have a chilli paste which along with the main ingredients also includes a chilli extract offering a zingy taste into the mix.

Our deep commitment to quality not only applies to planting, the year round care of the trees and pruning, harvesting and milling, blending and bottling, but also crucially the interactions with our counsumers through a desire for sharing knowledge, creating openness, integrity, and a commitment to education of the proven benefits of olive oil for one’s health. Above all else, it’s a collective journey towards a healthier version of ourselves and for the planet.

Our longer term vision is to showcase the very best of what our island has to offer in terms of healthy foods; to not only create a range of products that centres around our olives, but also, artisan biscuits, honey, halloumi and much more.
