Our story
We specialise in high-quality, lasting, wooden homeware made using offcuts from our sister company Shawstephens.
HOW WE BEGAN
In beautiful South Devon, Shawstephens has been producing exceptional cabinetry for over 15 years. Whilst every care is taken to reduce waste, we’re still left with offcuts and surplus timber so we saw an opportunity to do something truly special that combines our craftsmanship and experience, and reduces waste - and so the idea for Fryth was born.

Hi I'm Nina and I'm a woodworker. We are the sister company to bespoke cabinet and furniture makers Shawstephens, giving us access to beautiful offcuts, and a team of highly skilled artisans.
Using the surplus timber available in our workshop, we set about designing and creating unique items that celebrate both functional design and beauty, whilst ensuring as little waste as possible. Each item is unique and has been designed to fit perfectly into a contemporary or traditional home.
