Good extra virgin olive oil is fruity-fresh, tastes good, has a certain sharpness and is also healthy thanks to the contained polyphenols, hydroxy-tyrosols and vitamin E.
Efthimios Christakis brand and products started in 2003. In 2012, the certification by the Greek biochemists Efi Christopoulou and Maria Lazaraki to him as "Olive Oil Expert" followed in Athens (EU certificate ISO 17024).
Since then, Christakis has been developing various products including the limited edition cold-smoked Olive oil called Sin Oil.
