We are Jack and Jola, the couple behind Ferment Fizz. We started with a simple frustration: most “better-for-you” soft drinks still rely on shortcuts - flavourings, citric acid, concentrates and heavy processing.
Ferment Fizz is made through brine fermentation of whole fruit (including skins), using traditional lacto-fermentation adapted for citrus. The result is a bold, naturally sharp, sour-fruity drink with a clean finish, naturally containing fermentation-derived lactic acid and fibre.
We ferment in Poland with a family-run, second-generation partner and bottle for the UK market. Ferment Fizz is a modern, clean-label soft drink for foodies and trade: great chilled, with food, or as a premium mixer.
