Our Traditional Oak Smoked Salmon is made from fresh superior grade fillets of salmon, dry cured on a bed of salt and gently cold smoked over Welsh oak chips.

All Black Mountains Smokery’s Smoked Salmon Sides are available unsliced, D-cut or London sliced.

Suitable for freezing.

About Black Mountains Smokery

Jonathan and I headed home to the UK in 1995 after nearly a decade spent in Southern Africa. After journeying home overland as far as Kenya with their baby daughter, Hetta, our thoughts turned to the Brecon Beacons, South Wales and the beautiful 16th century Welsh Long House, where I had spent much of her youth.
