Food has shaped a lot of my life and I was lucky enough to learn to appreciate healthy food, flavour and ingredients from a very young age with my mum. It wasn't til I went to university when I noticed a real issue with our food system - healthy eating was not accessible enough. In particular, convenience food was so far from 'real' food and I knew I wanted to try and disrupt this space. After playing around with dehydrated foods, superfood powders and other nutrient rich and flavour packed natural ingredients - Soul Kitchen Soups were born.
