About Olive Groves

Nîmes, France
Virginie is trained as an Olive Oil Sommelier by the International Culinary Centre. She is a passionate home chef, who has been fed the Mediterranean diet since infancy. She loves experimenting with culinary traditions from the East and adapting traditional recipes to more healthy versions. Virginie is running the company along with Camille, an olive oil taster certified by the ASSAM (Agenzia Servizi al Settore Agroalimentare delle Marche) in Italy.
