In 2019 he began working for Union Distillers, where he developed his skills as a professional distiller which has led him to where he is today. Whilst Tom creates the beauty in EIGHT TWO O, Jonny is the strategic brains behind it. Bringing a wealth of specialist experience from the UK & US market.
