After 17 years working in the environmental sector, I never thought I’d end up creating a food business. Just like the seaweed I use for my products, Octopus Garden Seaweed is something that has grown naturally and organically.

Now, with my passion for food, wellbeing and the environment joined together, I’m looking to make seaweed a commonplace and sustainably sourced superfood in restaurants, cafes and homes across the UK.

I love experimenting in the kitchen and entertaining friends and family with new foodie experiences, but I’m also a busy parent, so that’s why I’ve created fun and quirky products which also score high on taste, quality, nutrition and ease of use across lots of dishes.
