We set out to create a product that spoke of a sense of place and provenance - we could not be prouder to present our official orsay sea salt. a true essence of the hebrides.

Produced from only the purest, filtered Hebridean water, and collected from the fast flowing sound between the picturesque fishing village of Port Wemyss and the lighthouse island of Orsay. Our salt is sustainably hand-harvested, sun-dried, and untreated, allowing the unique mix of minerals from our area of Islay to give the salt it’s unusual texture and extraordinary flavour.
