"Vegetal and spicy on the nose with a beautiful bright orange colour, this sauce was enticing. The vegetal notes come through on the palate and the Scotch bonnet and stone fruit flavour notes have been married very well by the sauce base. The bright fresh-tasting sauce has a lasting heat which doesn't detract from the flavours. We were very impressed by this excellent example of the style."
