We started snail farming in 2006 and due to the farming method ,which is indoors ,we can supply freshly prepared snails throughout the year.
In 2012 we opened a separate processing unit that enables us to handle large volumes of snails and offer a wide range of snail products.
The snails are delivered from the farm once they are purged and dried ready to be stored.We like to store them chilled for a few weeks before we use them because during this period they loose water content which greatly improves the quality of the meat.
The snails are stored live,but in hibernation and we blanch daily to cover daily orders.They are then despatched that day using a National carrier.
