Our state-of-the-art aquaculture facility is situated in the wide expanse of the Saxony-Anhalt region of Germany, where we've been farming Russian and Siberian sturgeon since 2008. Quietly located just outside the village of Jessen, our fishery draws crystal-clear water. Our number one goal is maintaining the highest quality standards in producing our exclusive range of caviar.
We're committed to sustainability every step of the way, from our sturgeon rearing practices to producing, packaging and distributing our caviar and sturgeon fillets. Our nursery and adult production facilities are supported by a state of the art recirculation system.
