A husband and wife duo, in 2022 we started crafting our unbeatably delicious pasta in our kitchen at home, using incredible British grains sourced from sustainable, regenerative farms.

Made by us at our solar powered HQ in Cumbria, using traditional Italian methods, our pasta has incredible texture and flavour (and can be easier to digest for many!)

We now have over 150 stockists across the UK and a growing pasta loving community.
