On December 12th, from 5-9 pm, we’re hosting an Ethical Holiday Food & Gifts Fair at the The Conduit<\/a> in Covent Garden along with an inspiring Panel Discussion from Women In The Food Industry<\/a>, food & drink tastings, and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sally Ab\u00e9<\/a>: Consultant Chef at The Pem Restaurant who is a strong champion of empowering women in hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sabrina Gidda<\/a>: An acclaimed chef and cookbook writer with an eclectic global approach to cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8na Dove<\/a>: Head of the kitchen garden at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Previously she managed a historic kitchen garden full of heritage produce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anjula Devi<\/a>: A renowned chef who worked with Manchester United and is known for her commitment to sustainable and authentic Indian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the panel discussion and Q&A and during the Food Fair, books from H\u00e9l\u00e8na Dove, Sabrina Gidda and Jenny Linford will be available to buy and be signed by the authors.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
