What do I need to have in order to join?

Since Covid-19 started todelli.com has opened to Home Chefs as well. If you are signing up with a personal account then simply select ‘Personal Chef’ while signing up. You can also select to either represent the restaurant or business you work for. All you need to get started is a valid email address.

Are there are any hidden fees?

No, it’s free. Head over to todelli.com to shop from your laptop or mobile phone. If you are an Android user you can also download our app from Google Play. You will be able to search, buy and keep track of orders while on the go. Remember when buying from Todelli you buy direct from the source.

Why do I need a profile?

Creating a profile allows you to complete a purchase securely, message suppliers to personalise your order, and keep track of your orders, receipts and invoices. It takes less than 2mins to sign up and all you need is an email and password (and your company name if you are a Business)

How do I buy?

You can buy the product you like in less than 3-clicks. Search for what you need, find it, add to basket and check out. You can also keep track of your orders and receive one invoice or receipt when shopping from multiple suppliers at the end!

Can I chat with a producer directly?

Yes! Just visit their shop and hit the ‘Message the maker’ link to open a chat with them. We welcome you to ask for samples or bespoke orders that you may need from suppliers onboard.

In how many countries are you right now?

Our buyers are currently from the United Kingdom only. We have a focus on local supply but we also work with trustworthy, unique food producers and manufacturers from Italy, Portugal, Spain and Greece. When you open todelli.com you will be able to see what’s around you first.

What products can I expect to find?

Can I be sure that producers on the platform are real companies?

Yes! We take security seriously and verify every business and representative before they join! A team of Chefs also test delivery times & most importantly their products so that you can only expect the best from the suppliers on board.
